I think I know what I need to do... let me know what you think. I should create a class that derives from MultiSessionFactoryProvider and handle my 'active factory' variable. I should also create a new interface IMyAppConnectionController and class which also has a reference to the SessionFactoryProvider and controls the 'active factory' variable and connection string.
