Thiago, The select of the user entity is needed, as supposed to load should only be used when you are sure it exists (how can you be sure ??)
The bag you should map it with lazy= extra and cascase= all and most importantly inverse="true" otherwise it will load the entire collection when you add something (because the holder of the foreign key is the weblog entity).
