Hi Richard, I already created a JIRA, NH-2703. Changing the order of joins in QueryOver doesn't affect the resulting output (see the discussion in the JIRA ticket). One thing I may try is to see if I can somehow sort the joins somewhere in the criteria loader or something, so that aliases that are referenced in 'with' clauses get emitted first.
