Has anyone upgraded a NH 2.1 asp.mvc project to NH3.X and if so how painful was it? The reason I am a asking is that I have a old NH2.1 project that I have used the NHibernate.Linq.dll extensively. I am pretty sure that I can't use the old 2.1 Linq provider with NH3.2 Is this a correct assumption? If this is an correct assumption then I am hoping I just need to do a find and replace of session.Linq to session.Query within all my repositories. Has anyone done such a thing? I do have several hundred unit tests that don't test the actual database rather than the controller logic. However I do have **mostly** all pages retrieving data using selenium but not so hot on the saving side. So my second question is should I write more integration covering tests that saves data to the database OR create a sql lite testing suite? All help/advice/comments are very much appreciated.
