The "No persister for:" issue was happening because one property in the mapping was a lazy property. Removing the lazy mapping fixed the issue. It seems like a old issue with NH and there are a lot of issues like this on net where this happened even when mapping with xml files. So, it is not a mapping by code issue, but instead a NH core issue.
