Hoiw did it not work? What have you tried? Without this information,
any help would mostly be to reiterate what is already written in the
linked article and at other places.

Fundamentally, it's very simple: You need a session factory for each
database, get one session from each, then transfer the data with
suitable transformations on the fly. Depending on your exact
circumstances it may be a good or bad idea to use NHibernate for this
scenario.
