The current build practices has the side effect that the packages are
actually generated from two different builds. IMHO this should be
fixed, but it hasn't been done yet. Probably it's a fairly simple
change to the nant build files.

I can't explain the different file sizes. They are build on the same
computer within minutes of each other.

I certainly hope they are equivalent, and so far I've no evidence
suggesting otherwise.
