Yes, I was only talking about the actually generation of Guids using the two 
algorithms. GuidComb has to maintain ordering on top of a regular Guid 
generation algorithm, so it will take slightly more, I reckon. As for the 
physical storage, yes, you are right, the clustered primary key is not 
fragmented. Perhaps that's more significant, yes.
