A comprehensive example would go a long way.
I have found no tutorial on creating a IResultTransformer.  I have some 
examples, but none of them translate a query result field to an object 
property, and NONE of them explain how to go from CreateSqlQuery to 
List<myObject>.  Perhaps it's my newness to NH, or poor google skills, but 
I am just getting more mired here.
