Before NuGet, NHibernate binaries were released on Sourceforge, and still 
are.

The cache providers were in the contrib project. You may found old binaries 
of them in the OldFiles 
<https://sourceforge.net/projects/nhibernate/files/OldFiles/> folder. But 
it is unclear to me which versions were compatible with NHibernate 2.1.
You will surely have more luck looking into the NHibernate Contrib project 
on SourceForge. It is no more updated, but since you want ancestral files, 
that should not be an issue.
