Before NuGet, NHibernate binaries were released on Sourceforge, and still are.
https://sourceforge.net/projects/nhibernate/files/ The cache providers were in the contrib project. You may found old binaries of them in the OldFiles <https://sourceforge.net/projects/nhibernate/files/OldFiles/> folder. But it is unclear to me which versions were compatible with NHibernate 2.1. You will surely have more luck looking into the NHibernate Contrib project on SourceForge.
