Senior Consumer Segment Strategy Specialist (RBS)
Job Descriptions:-
* Responsible for maximizing lifetime value of consumer segment.
* Understand segment characteristics, behavior and needs, and relevant
market situation.
* Formulate segment strategy plan and integrate business model sharing
common channels / resources that well fits with segment’s needs and ensure
segment’s value to bank.
* Analyze and formulate marketing strategy for consumer segment customers
including developing relationship planning and marketing strategy suitable for
each customers segment.
* Coordinate with relevant departments to develop offering and content of
loyalty program based on customers preferences and evaluate the effectiveness
of loyalty program in order to develop / improve program appropriately.
* Develop and evaluate direct marketing campaign, as well as generate sales
leads to align with customer target and their needs / preference
* Identify customers' needs and values to the Bank, developing strategies
and process to sell and serve in appropriate forms and channels.
* Analyze sales and services in assigned consumer segment, as well as
profitability,revenues, and expenses, compared to targets and competitors.
* Coordinate with relevant parties in offering and development of products
and services that serve customers' needs and create value to the Bank.
* Coordinate with supervisor/team to provide and develop sale and service
tool / system for sale and service workforce in order to provide an access to
reliable and meaningful customer information during sale and service.
* Solve problems within scope of responsibility, including help colleagues
/ team solve problems.
* Play an active role in the team in analysis of sales and services in
assigned consumer segment, as well as profitability,revenues, and expenses,
compared to targets and competitors.
Job Qualifications:-
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business
Administration, Economic, MIS or related fields.
* Experience in banking, consumer finance, consumer marketing, business
development, business consultancy, sale of consumer products, or consumer
marketing research financial institution or asset management company
* 1 - 3 years experience in marketing / trade marketing or key account
management of multinational FMCG company (Fast moving consumer goods)
* Strategic thinking aptitude and demonstrated analytical ability.
* Excellent communication, presentation skills
* Work effectively in a team environment
* Self motivated, result oriented, good problem solving skill
