According to Social Security Fund ‘s campaign, with effect from July 1, 09 – Dec 31, 09, all employees will contribute to the fund only 3 %. All 7 benefits remain unchanged.
>From Jan 1, 2010, the contribution percentage will be back to 5% as normal. สำนักงานประกันสังคม (สปส.) สนับสนุนมาตรการกระทรวงแรงงาน “3 ลด 3 เพิ่ม” ในส่วนของ มาตรการ “ลดการเลิกจ้าง” ออกมาตรการ “ลดอัตราเงินสมทบกองทุนประกันสังคม” จากเดิมร้อยละ 5 ของค่าจ้าง เป็นร้อยละ 3 ของค่าจ้าง .....................ได้มีมาตรการ“ลดอัตราเงินสมทบกองทุนประกันสังคม” ขึ้น โดยลดเฉพาะในส่วนของนายจ้างและ ผู้ประกันตนเท่า นั้น สำหรับรัฐบาลยังคงจ่ายเงินสมทบเข้ากองทุนประกันสังคมในอัตราเดิม ซึ่งลดอัตราเงินสมทบกองทุนประกัน สังคม จากเดิมร้อยละ 5 ของค่าจ้าง เป็นร้อยละ 3 ของค่าจ้างเป็นเวลาประมาณ 6 เดือน สิ้นสุดวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2552 จากนั้นให้กลับมาใช้อัตราเงินสมทบเดิม (ร้อยละ 5%) ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2553 จากมาตรการดังกล่าว ผู้ประกันตนยังคงได้รับความคุ้มครอง 7 กรณี เช่นเดิมได้แก่ กรณีประสบอันตราย หรือเจ็บป่วย กรณีทุพพลภาพ กรณีเสียชีวิต กรณีคลอดบุตร กรณีสงเคราะห์บุตร กรณีชราภาพ และกรณีว่างงาน ศูนย์สารนิเทศ สอบถามประกันสังคม โทร. 1506 www.sso.go.th<http://www.sso.go.th> Regards, Natcha Satienpoch HR Manager Infosys BPO (Thailand) Ltd.
