Modern Vespa's don't carry spares plus I was just a half mile from home.
The thing that makes me mad is that it was a brand new tire, maybe less
than 1200 miles on it. (I'll have to check my log book). Elbow feels better
today, plenty of anti-inflammatory last night plus iced it on and off all
evening and over night. Plus keep flexing it so it doesn't freeze up and it
keeps the blood flowing.
I can tell that my ulnar nerve got a bit injured (crushed it once so I know)
so my left hand grip is not good. May take a few days. I'd go to the dr but
what are they going to tell me that I am not already doing?

Later today I'll get under the bike and see if I can see where the failure
is. I'm supposed to lead the long ride during our rally in two weeks and I
don't know if I can get a new rear tire by then (slow service at our local
dealership) so maybe I'll have to lead on the 450!!
