Cold as in hasn't been started since the night before I think rather than
starting it in 60+F and no humidity at 6:30 am. South? Not for me thanks.
Lived south of the Mason Dixon line for two years and the humidity almost
killed me. I could be talked into say Santa Fe if I won the next Mega
Millions though.
