Gee, what did we do before cell phones ? How did we ever live ? 
You are SO discriminatory... your calls are important others not so. What about 
that kid in school trying to score some dope ? His call is important too. I 
think if somebody kills a bunch of people while talking on a cell phone while 
driving, we should take away his phone for a couple of hours. That'll teach 
him.

Yeah, I have to poke my head up from lurkerdom and say that while I've 
almost been hit by oblivious chatters, there are times you have to 
talk.  I had to stay late at work one day with a suicidal child (I'm a 
school psychologist) until I got her foster care worker to show up to 
take the child to the emergency room. I got in the car, called my son to 
say I was on my way home and he was SOBBING cause he missed me. I had to 
talk to him the whole drive home.  But I really really want a cell phone 
jammer for the schools where I work, for all the teenagers who text in 
class!
