I can attest to the fact that Idaho has rutty freeways!!! Been there done
that 2 weeks ago. So bad that they are pretty darn scary. So if what Idaho
does on the state and local roads with state and local taxes is a crappy as
what they do with their federal dollars on the interstate I'd avoid Idhao
all together (wink wink).
