Hey Dick,

Just curious about the cost. How much was it to recover your seat? And did you
just replace it to look like the original seat? and will they do custome jobs?

Thanks, Angela

Subject: [Nighthawk Lovers] Seat covers

I recently had a pleasant experience visiting Saddlemen Motorcycle Seats
here in Southern California. I had contacted them regarding getting an OEM
replacement seat cover for my '85 Nighthawk project. When I arrived to have
the cover installed, we found the one they had made up wouldn't fit
properly. Without hesitation they said they would hand cut a new one using
my old cover as a pattern, mount it on my seat pan and UPS it to me without
delay. It arrived the next day and is beautiful and a perfect duplicate of
the original stitching.
They don't advertise that they makes these covers and mostly make HD and
Gold Wing Seats, Bags, etc. If you want an original cover, suggest you call
1-800-397-7709, and ask for Chris. They make very good products and can
probably do most any old bike.
