Hello Dan welcome to the Group! New myself been here a Week. As far as the 83 Nighthawk Manual, I am not aware of one either. But if your looking for one though, there is one up for Auction on E-Bay with a Buy It Now option of $12.00 plus $2.00 Shipping. Looks to be in decent shape just thought I would let you know.
