I'm beginning to think there's something wrong with mine. It would certainly be in character with every other system on my bike. It literally takes 2 strong men, a trained gorilla, and favorable winds to get it up on the center. Others have had the same problem with my bike and I've had no problems getting other bikes up, excepting my dad's goldwing ofcourse.
