Two things about horns: Any horn is better than the stock horn.? And the best horn is the Stebel Nautilus air horn.
That's 139 db, same as a jet taking off next to your ear, audible for 3 blocks. I have one on my NH and it's stopped numerous clueless cagers from maiming me. Available on ebay for about $45 including shipping. Easy to install. Fits the space where the old one mounted. That and my Vista-Path flashing headlight are a big part of how I survive on the killing fields of South Florida traffic.
