Your body definitely gets accustomed to the weather over time. When I first 
moved to Florida, I had to go indoors in the afternoon to cool down as the heat 
made me feel faint. Now I hardly notice it. In contrast, when I lived in New 
England, a 40 degee day in winter was like Springtime. Last week, we had 40 
degrees here and we all felt we were freezing to death. 
Enjoy what you've got. The grass on the other side is always colder ... or 
warmer.
