The statement has been made that older Hondas were not made with ethanol content in fuel in mind. I'm wondering how old your bike has to be before it has these problems.? Is the 91-03 Nighthawk 750 affected?
I've noticed a greater difficulty starting lately and a surging at low RPM which clears up at normal speeds. My bike now has 77M miles on it and I'm wondering if years of 10% ethanol gas may be causing deterioration inside the carbs.
