Let us know how you like the Nolan. Just looking online I liked the Nolan's features, but never could find one in town to try on. I have the same problem as Wayne, my melon is too long. If I found one that fit me length wise it would be too lose from side to side, or if it fit side to side it would put pressure on my forehead. I found only two that fit my noggin. The Shoei I ended up with, and an O'Neal I found at pepboys. The O'Neal fit perfectly, but they're mostly known for offroad helmets. They don't even mention the street helmet on their website. That made me worry about the availability of replacement visors etc. The Shoei was 4 times as expensive, but I know where to get visors, cheekpads, etc for it. And yeah, If I go through the trouble of trying on all the helmets a local vendor has shelled out some bucks to hold in stock I'll buy local.
