Well, I figured out that I was putting the cylindrical tabs upside
down in the throttle, so that fixed that, but the return cable
couldn't reach so that I could put the tab in. So, for now I sealed it
as is because I learned that you do not need the return cable
connected there for the throttle to work. I am not completely sure why
the lengths are off though. It may be because I screw in the cable to
the casing on the handle bars until after I hooked it to the carb,
which may have caused some twisting. I am not completely sure though.
I will try to fix it later. Today was an ordeal because I bought a
battery for my bike. I did not know I had to pour the acid myself. The
instructions that come with it were horrible and I got acid all over
my hands. I finished filling it up though and just ran, threw it away,
and ran to wash mt hands and then take a shower. That stuff beats the
heck out of lacquer thinner for how much it burns.
