I broke the bottom stud off my right side panel. Cured the flopping around by forcing a fat hard rubber cushion (like that on a car suspension) between the bottom of the panel and the closest frame tube.? The tight fit cured the problem and the cushion is easily removable when the panel needs to come off to check the battery.
