Hi All, Here's my question. I have an '83 CB650SC with approx 16K miles which i bought last fall. During the winter I went over everything and changed all the fluids, cleaned, checked and repaired anything I found wrong (which wasn't much). One item that I rebuilt was the clutch slave cylinder, replacing all the rubber parts/seals within the unit. Now that I am riding the bike I have noticed a small (1-2 drop) oil leak when I park it after riding. This appears to be coming from the little square drain hole in the bottom of the clutch slave cylinder (between the two halves of the unit). Due to the color of the oil drops (and checking the level of brake fluid in the master cylinder) I think it is engine oil. Last week I replaced the seal on the clutch actuator rod & o-ring on the back of the slave cylinder but am still seeing the nuisance drip. It only leaks 1-2 drops and seem to be only after shutting off the engine. Any more ideas? Is this a common leak point for these bikes?
Thanks in advance for your advice.
