We used to use early Vette boxes or ones from a dump truck on our sportsman
cars. Same deal, tube front end. All this was before power steering came to be
used on dirt cars. Those quick boxes required a MAN to handle. 25 laps would
beat me up good.

OOPS, it looks like I accidently pushed the looney toon button. What
I meant was, the car weighs 1200 lbs. The steering box weighs 6 lbs
according to UPS.
Dennis, it is a 400, the good news is, it rarely sees 4000 rpm.
It's one of those poser cars, my buddy puts it around the neighborhood
and to local car shows just "lookin cool". It will scare the piss out
of you if you jump on it buts it's just an expensive toy. Corvette
box? This a tube front axle with traditional drag link steering. Jay
