Thanks. That rating's pretty accurate in my experience. Took 3 weeks and 8 emails before they finally responded that item was back ordered and they could not estimate when it would be available.
Cancelled and went with cheapcycleparts instead. Apparently, it's a K&L item available only thru the Parts Unlimited catalog and the back order scenario is nationwide. But they were able to give me a 6/16 availability date before I placed the order and suggested I keep looking in the meantime for a source that might have it on the shelf. Still don't have what I need, but at least the communication is much better.
