The fork seals don't sounds like too much of a problem yet. Keep an eye on them though since the fork oil can drain down on your brake plates and cause a loss of stopping power. Check your fork oil as well. Do plan on getting them replaced sometime in the near future and let us know how that goes. Since I've never had a 250 I can't answer the mileage question. HotrodMamma.
