84 Nighthawk S - Change oil filter - how to get old out and new in?? OK group. I went to change the oil in my 1984 CB700SC (Nighthawk S) --- I drained the oil, undid the filter but for the life of me, how do you get the old filter out from behind the exhaust??? The filter currently on the bike is a NAPA 6010 Gold and I bought a FRAM PH6010A to replace it with. I must have worked at getting the filter out for about 10 minutes, then I gave up and spun it back on.. I figured I needed help with this one... Am I missing some trick?? Is the OEM Honda filter smaller in diameter to fit between the pipes?? HELP!! Thanks in advance for the help!!!! Sean No virus found in this incoming message.
