Run some sea foam carb cleaner through it and if that doesn't work take the carbs out. Once they are off soak them in carb cleaner and brush any stubborn deposits with an old tooth brush. Make sure you can see light through those jets! On a scale of 1 to 10 this job is a 2 and your hawk is especially easy to work on. Sea foam it first!
