Sorry... the plates I have aren't "Antique" plates, they're
"Collector" plates.  No practical limits on usage either (you just
can't ride the vehicle in January - but who would do that in
Wisconsin, anyway?).  Antique plates are for model years 1945 and
earlier; collector plates are for 20 years old or older.
