If you can get it apart, it's not too hard to repack one of those. How much does it improve the noise level ? "individual results may vary" I've wrapped as much insulation around the tube as it can take and held it in place with wire. Still tooo loud. Is it a slip-on or a whole system ? I only really like Super Trapp slip-ons as replacements. At least you can tune them. More plates=more noise. Slip-ons allow you to keep the chamber too. I learned the value of quiet living in a nieghborood and keeping late hours. I had to ride up the hill from my house and coast home to keep the peace. No fun.
