Speaking of detailing (and guns), bore cleaning brushes get into tiny spots really well.
And they come in different sizes. I collect brushes of all types and sizes, cuz you never know when they'll come in handy. My favorite is a wire-handled, long-bristled gadget, designed for cleaning dust bunnies from refrigerator coils.
