I agree. I was talking with a coworker and she asked about riding in the rain, which brought up how much I love riding. I said something like this: Riding is the only form of motorized transportation that allows you to use all 5 senses extensively. I gave an example for each (what she laughed at was 'tasting the road' when it's raining) and she says: "You really love this don't you? What do you do in the winter?"
ME: "Cry. A lot." I couldn't imagine riding with a windshield or full face helmet now.
