Nytwing Tires on the 83-85 CB650SC were Dunlop's, possibly the K177. I don't know what was on the 700S but your comment re the "better performance" of the 700S is not backed up by the 1/4 mile times. The 650 was slightly faster than the 700S both in ET and speed thru the traps/ (Paul's Honda Nighthawk pages).
