And new tires!  25-year-old tires are not safe to ride on.

When I bought my GS750, it had a front tire so new it still had paint
stripes and nubs on the tread.  It was also 14 years old and hard as a
rock, with cracks everywhere between the tread blocks and on the
sidewalls.
