The numbers are right above the crank case, left hand side. If the frame and
engine numbers match it makes your bike a little more valuable. It's good to
know that the tranny is good. I'll take a picture and send it tomorrow when I'm

last fall it would crank over this summer it would not. I know the

Yep. We call that a "parts bike". No oil under it? That can only mean
that it's got no oil in it...have you ever turned the engine in any way to make
sure that it's not froze up? Do the frame and engine numbers match? Don't take
me wrong, for an old Triumph guy (or girl) it would be worth having just for
parts if nothing. With that many major parts missing it would be a project for
years to come.
