Personally, I would do a comp check.  It could be a leaky intake valve.  Or, 
sticking?

I removed the #1 plug and it seems to have compression and the bike
runs better without the plug. Also the plug is fouled so I dried it
off put it back in and the bike will idle without the choke but will
not take any throttle. When I give her gas it is spraying out the back
of the carb bad. So I'm taking the carbs off again.
