I put Cheng-Shin Barracuda-Vs on my 650. $109 for both including
installation and balancing (I just brought the rims in). They seemed fine
for me. They didn't wander or follow grooves too badly and did decent in
rain, cold weather, and hot weather. I didn't try racing them or diving into
turns though.
