Javier, when you got the corbin seat, did you send in your stock seat
and have turn it into a corbin seat? If so, do you mind me asking how
much it cost and how long ago you did it?

Thank you.

Dennis, I agree with you on the security sensation, that is pretty much
why I keep using the Corbin over the stock. I read somewhere that you
need to break in the Corbin, and that that can take a couple thousand
miles.... I guess you can sit on a rock long enough until it gets your
ass shape... but that is just a theory.

Two of my bikes have Corbin seats. Maybe I'm used to them, I like them.
Took a while to get used to. No problem with long rides. But then, I
like sleeping on the floor too. I never felt secure on the OEM seats.
Move around too much, no feel through them either.

Ok, I did a little bit less than 200 miles a couple of weeks ago, and I
got home completely exhausted. One of the problems is that it was very
hot, and that takes an awful amount of energy from your body. I don't
have a windshield (and I rode mostly on highways), BUT (and this is the
important point), I have replaced the stock seat with a Corbin. At this
point, I'm not sure if this Corbin seats are really better over the
stock ones. I really like the riding position with the Corbin, and I
almost don't move back and foward as it happends with the stock seat,
but the Corbin is hard as a rock. I feel all the the little bumps,
cracks, holes, and any other inperfection on the road. I haven't tried
to do the same miles using the stock seat, so I can't compare 1 to 1.
Does anybody here feels the pain?

I have a stock seat. No hwy peg's

I usually rest my feet on the passenger peg's because they
vibrate less than the regular one's
