Hi all I just found this forum and am having a problem. No Spark... CBS700 1985 8000Miles.
I bought a new battery after reading about low voltage and so on but it did not help. Freshly charged and it turns over and over and over and... so on. I bought a tester for the spark plug and that does not show any activity on any of the 4 cylinders. How likely is it that the ignition module is fried? The local shop wants about $450 for it. Which would be a death sentence for the bike as I saved a few years to buy one in good shape, and can't afford such an expensive repair.
