Yes the european RC13 is called Honda 650 CBX (or CBX-E). Nighthawk is too complicated to pronounce for most european natives (except brits, of course), and the work is not so well known. In english it's a gimmick, as hawking at night with such a bike is hunting cheeks, not foxes. Impossible to translate in so many european languages. The differences on the bike are mainly the tank (a little bigger on the CBX), the handlebar (a little more "european" in position, and the saddle (a little more foam on the CBX). And of course the speedometer is in km/h, not in mph. IMHO, the US nighthawk is more acute and sexy in it's lines than the european CBX, the CBX more confortable for long rides.
