Now we can have all of our blogs on one e-mail! I haven't posted my gasket
cutting technique for the cam cover gasket yet, but there's a lot of pictures!

Welcome to the group. I too bought an '83 650 and started a blog to journal
my tinkerings almost two years ago and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The good and
the bad ;)

If you're interested in restore jobs, I'm in the middle of one with an
'83 Nighthawk CB650. I've been covering it on my blog:

Lots of pictures and if you're curious on how to replace your main 30A
fuse with one of those small blade-type fuses (mine snapped just from
brittleness due to age of the fuse, it never blew,) you will be very
    entertained by our solution ;)
