I read an article in one of my older Motorcyclist magizines about a book called "Bikes of burden". It's a photo documentary of people in Asia and the middle east using motorcycles for all types of things. Basically using them as pickup trucks and mini-vans. This picture is typical of the type of things those people use their bike for. One picture had someone hauling 50 chicken crates on the back of his bike etc...
