Oh, Hotrod Mamma, I don't recall anyone sending you over into the corner.
I'm going to pull the Hanky-Panky alarm cord if much more of this goes on. We
are suppose to have boys-only and girls-only corners, ya know? And noooooo, I
don't think that claiming you're a tom-boy is going to cut it here.
Smiling in Seattle,
Dennis G.

Let's stop this stupid north-south thang. I have been all over the
country and wind chill or not, only someone with experience knows when it's too
cool out to ride without a jacket -- or more.
I taught my wife how to ride, and then the first winter, when a cool
day came around, I went out, came back in, and told her she would need a jacket
to go as far as she was going. She looked at me like I was nuts or something
and left sans jacket.
About five minutes later, she came back in, and rather sheepishly
took her coat and put it on. She asked me how I knew. Well, I have ridden
for, lessee, here: 39 years..
At that time, anyway. Forget this north - south nonsense: if one
rides, one knows: when and how much layering to pile on - just by walking out
into the air.
I used to work at this job in the winter until 2:00 or 3:00 AM and
ride home. Even with the gloves my hands were freezing when I arrived home. I
would sometimes feel "frisky" and hop in bed and my wife could feel the cold
and would tell me - don't even think of it.
Right.
One time she had to go pee...
I know, Dennis. I'm bad. I need to go stand in the corner...
S.

thank you
very much! ;)
