I was going to ask how you liked the Corbin, but your "hard as a rock" comment pretty much answered that. I guess it's true those who have 'em either love or hate 'em.
I have a sheepskin buttpad on my stock seat you might want to consider. It's from Alaska Leather and makes the ride more tolerable. Kinda pricey at $50+ (don't remember exactly what I paid for it). If you're handy, you can make one yourself from an automotive seat cover available at Pep Boys.
