One thing to consider in pondering the aquisition of heated gear is, the weak charging system. How many extra amps can it handle if it is in excellent condition, let alone barely keeping the battery charged... Stanley

However, I've been thinking in the heated gear some places sell... they have jacket, pants and gloves that can be connected to the battery to get hot. The reviews make it look pretty good product.
