You can also have one made via Costco or Walmart. I did this for my in-laws via Walmart - they actually live in a place that doesn't have a Costco near by. Costco only has one choice but is half the price. Walmart has a nice big 15 ounce model for about $15. They have it made somewhere and then you can either have it shipped to your house or the local store. Ironically shipping to your house costs less. Which if I'm running a retail business I think I want to bring people into the store?
