I bought one on eBay from this guy who seams to know what he's talking
about. My 650 is currently in Corvalis Oregon under one and my nephew
is happy with it. He keeps it 50% of the time stored in his side yard
in the elements - it gets rain all the time but no snow yet. 50% of
the time its in a garage that is really damp and musty. Either way it
keeps the bike dry and free of moisture. If you go to eBay and search
for item number 180450087899 you'll find the guy I bought mine from -
bikesundercover1. It looks like he changed the cover to make it
"better" because of moisture with the old ones - I wasn't having any
problems.

Best of luck.
